Energy Performance Certificates
Are you ready for the change in legislation - do your properties have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)?
From October 2008, ALL rented properties will require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) a certificate that provides the energy rating of a property which indicates the energy efficiency of a home. gas-elec, who carry out more than 100,000 inspections a year in residential properties, have extended their range of inspection services, so that we can answer this demand for EPCs in the rented sector.
With a nationwide panel of DEAs working with our Regional Offices, we'll be able to ensure you get your EPC's done by a local gas-elec energy assessor. This means you will have a stress-free solution to the issue of arranging EPCs for properties that you manage or rent.
Remember, an EPC must be provided for all rented properties!
